Monthly Subscription Plans: For monthly subscription plans (Basic Pass, Premium Pass, and Family Pass), we operate on a non-refundable basis for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Tourist Passes: For short-term tourist passes (1-Day, 7-Day), refunds are available only if requested before the pass activation date. Once a pass has been activated, no refund will be provided.

As an alternative to refunds, we offer the option to transfer your remaining balance to another Digital Bus Card account. This service is provided free of charge and can be arranged through our customer support team.
Any promotional credits or bonus amounts added to your account are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. These credits can only be used for Digital Bus Card services.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
