Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to Digital Bus Card services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

2. Digital Card Purchases

Monthly Subscription Plans: For monthly subscription plans (Basic Pass, Premium Pass, and Family Pass), we operate on a non-refundable basis for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

Tourist Passes: For short-term tourist passes (1-Day, 7-Day), refunds are available only if requested before the pass activation date. Once a pass has been activated, no refund will be provided.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If our digital card service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Double Charging: If you have been charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Unauthorized Purchases: If unauthorized purchases have been made from your account, please contact our customer support immediately for investigation.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • After using the service, even partially
  • For unused subscription time if you decide to cancel mid-month
  • If you violate our Terms and Conditions
  • For any issues caused by third-party services (e.g., payment processors, mobile device issues)
  • If you change your mind about the service after purchase

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

6. Balance Transfers

As an alternative to refunds, we offer the option to transfer your remaining balance to another Digital Bus Card account. This service is provided free of charge and can be arranged through our customer support team.

7. Promotional Credits

Any promotional credits or bonus amounts added to your account are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. These credits can only be used for Digital Bus Card services.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
