1. Introduction

Welcome to Digital Bus Card ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital bus card services, website (digitalbus.shop), and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

"User," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.

"Digital Card" refers to the virtual transit card issued by us for use on Abu Dhabi's public transportation system.

"Account" means the account required to access and/or use certain areas and features of our Service.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Service Usage

The Digital Bus Card is a virtual transit card that allows you to access Abu Dhabi's public transportation system. The card is linked to your account and can be accessed through our mobile application or website.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to defraud us or any other person or entity.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments for our Service are processed through secure payment gateways. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases where the Service is demonstrably defective and we are unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable time. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

For subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Digital Bus Card and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Digital Bus Card.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital Bus Card, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
